Mike and Joan had a small argument at home, so they stopped talking to each other. But Mike remembered that he needed his wife to wake him up at 5:00 AM because he was leaving early to play basketball with his friends.
Not wanting to be the first to break the silence, he wrote a note:
“Please wake me up at 5:00 AM tomorrow.”
The next morning, Mike woke up and saw that it was already 9:00 AM. His friends had already left without him. Furious, he was about to confront his wife when he noticed a piece of paper on the bed.
It read:
“It’s 5:00 AM. Wake up.”
