When a tech blogger lands an interview with a tech guru and stops an attack on him, he finds a mysterious ring that takes him back 57 seconds into the past.
Rewind the past. Avenge the future.
My Two Cents
If you enjoy stories about second chances and the temptation of power, 57 Seconds delivers a simple but entertaining ride. It’s not trying to reinvent sci-fi. It’s more like a “what if” scenario you can casually sink into. Think of it as a popcorn thriller with just enough tech flavor to keep things interesting.
It’s good, but not particularly memorable. The concept is fun and easy to digest, but the execution feels a bit safe and predictable.
“They say that life flashes before your eyes when you have a near-death experience,
but I only saw my last three months.
Let me take you back to where that began.“
Franklin (Josh Hutcherson)
