Ang “All For Love” ay isa sa mga classic 90’s songs na bigla ka na lang ihahatid pabalik sa nakaraan. Ang kantang ito ay nilikha para sa pelikulang The Three Musketeers (1993), at ang tema ng kanta ay naaayon sa sikat nitong motto na: “All for one, and one for all.”
Naalala ko pa ang mga kaklase ko noong high school na pagkatapos mapanood ang pelikula sa sinehan ay may isa sa kanila na bumili kaagad ng soundtrack album nito. At isa din sa kanila ang nagdeklara na ito ang kanilang “favorite movie of all-time.”
Ang “All For Love” ay tungkol sa total devotion – pagmamahal na handa mong ibigay ang lahat, pati pato’t pamanggulo. Dahil inspired nga ang kantang ito ng sikat na linyang “All for one, and one for all,” tumutukoy din ito sa loyalty, sacrifice, at unity. Sinasalamin nito ang isang uri ng ideal na pag-ibig na dakila at hindi natitinag, na angkop din sa pelikulang pinagmulan nito.
