I first heard this song back in 2002. It’s weird, but when I first heard the part “That there’s someone out there who feels just like me,” I immediately thought the song was related to aliens. That somewhere out there, there’s a being from another planet/dimension who feels exactly the same way we do at any given moment. Weird, right?
