My Two Cents

Synchronic is one of those quiet sci-fi movies that sneaks up on you. Hindi siya action-heavy, pero may interesting take siya sa time travel, friendship, mortality, at mga choices natin sa buhay.

Hindi lahat ng ideas niya perfectly nag-land para sa akin, pero the atmosphere and performances really carry the movie. Medyo slow-burn at may pagka-eerie, so kung trip mo ang mga sci-fi na mas focused sa characters at existential questions kaysa sa malaking spectacle, baka magustuhan mo ito.

Hindi siya yung movie na lahat ipapaliwanag sa’yo, so may mga bagay na kailangan mong pag-isipan o i-interpret for yourself. But overall, a pretty good way to spend two hours, especially kung nasa mood ka for something quiet, reflective, and a little weird.
